I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you all on the successful hosting of the Eastern Bar Forum Colloquium in the vibrant city of Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, from March 21 to 23, 2025. The theme, “Nigeria’s Federalism & State Legislative Powers: Concurrent Matters Viewed from a Sub-National Perspective,” was not only timely but also thought-provoking, fostering meaningful discussions that will undoubtedly shape our legal and governance framework.
