The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Idemili Branch, fondly known as the Fountain Bar, is set to hold its highly anticipated 2025 Law Week under the compelling theme: “From Honour to Hustle? Reclaiming the Noble Identity of the Legal Profession.”
The event will take place on Thursday, October 16th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Idemili Bar Centre, High Court Premises, Ogidi.
Leading the conversation as Keynote Speaker is the esteemed Chief Emeka J.P. Obegolu, SAN, PhD, FICMC, FCIArb (UK) — Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Founding Partner, Greenfield Chambers. He will be joined by a distinguished panel of discussants, including:
- Lateef O. Akangbe, SAN, FCIArb
- Aare Olumuyiwa Akinboro, SAN

Adding to the excitement, the Law Week will climax with the prestigious Idemili Bar Dinner and Awards on Friday, October 17th, 2025, at 12 noon at Residency Hotels, Ogidi. The Dinner Speech Topic is “Legal Ethics and Professionalism.”
