As the Rivers State legal community marks the beginning of a new legal year, Iniobong Irene Pepple, Esq., AICMC, McArb, has extended heartfelt greetings to all lawyers across the state, describing the season as “a time of renewal, reflection, and recommitment to the ideals of justice.”
In her message, Pepple emphasized the importance of integrity, fairness, and compassion in the practice of law, urging members of the Bar and Bench to use this new beginning as an opportunity to strengthen their collective resolve in advancing justice.
“As we usher in this new legal year, may it be a time for us to reaffirm our shared responsibility to uphold justice with integrity, fairness, and compassion,” she said.
“This moment invites us to look back with gratitude for the progress we’ve made, to acknowledge the challenges we’ve overcome, and to look forward with renewed hope and determination.”
Pepple further prayed that the year ahead would bring wisdom to the Bench, courage to the Bar, and trust from the people, encouraging all legal practitioners to continue serving with dedication and excellence.
She concluded with a note of optimism:
