Celebrating Excellence: The legal community joins in celebration as Barth Aniche Okoye, Esq., immediate past Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Eastern Bar Forum (EBF), pays tribute to J.S. Okutepa, SAN, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a heartfelt message, Okoye described the Senior Advocate as more than a distinguished legal practitioner, highlighting him as a defining moral force within the profession.

J.S. Okutepa, SAN, has done both—consistently and courageously. Some birthdays mark age; others mark legacy. Today, we honour a legacy that continues to shape the soul of the Nigerian Bar.”
