In line with its mandate to promote continuous professional development and excellence within the Nigerian legal profession, the Nigerian Bar Association Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NBA-ICLE) is expanding its national network of service providers.
The Institute invites qualified individuals and organisations to express interest in becoming registered service providers. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes tailored for legal professionals across Nigeria.
CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
TO REGISTER AS A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR NBA-ICLE
The Nigerian Bar Association Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NBA-ICLE) hereby invites applications from qualified individuals and organisations interested in becoming registered service providers to the NBA Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
This call is part of NBA-ICLE’s effort to expand its national network of partners in the delivery of high-quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes.

- Legal Trainers & Facilitators
- Subject Matter Experts (e.g., Law Practice, Corporate, Technology, Finance, ADR, etc.)
- Other CPD-relevant Professional Services
Who Can Apply?
- Individuals with demonstrated legal education or professional development experience
- Law firms, academic institutions, NGOs, or consultancies
- Registered corporate entities with a track record in training or legal services
- Innovative startups or platforms supporting CPD in the legal sector
Requirements
Applicants are to submit:
- Cover letter indicating category(ies) of interest
- Photocopy of certificate of incorporation, where applicable
- Detailed professional or company profile, including information on the Board of Directors
- Detailed curriculum vitae of the staff of the organization
- Copies of degree, Bar qualifying certificate, and current practicing license of at least one member, director, partner, or trustee of the applicant
- Copies of teller or receipt of practicing fees paid by at least one member, director, partner, or trustee of the applicant for the year of application and two years preceding it
- Details of courses; the mode of instruction for the CPD following the MCPD Rules
- A schedule of fees to be charged for the courses
- Evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N100,000.00 to the Institute

- Upon Approval, payment of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000.00) only as registration fees
- Send a comprehensive course for one (1) year to icle@nigerianbar.org.ng for approval
- Cater for the expenses of one (1) representative of the NBA-ICLE to monitor and evaluate each programme
- Remit only ten percent (10%) of course fees after generating a minimum of One Million Naira (₦1,000,000) in registration revenue from any training to the NBA–ICLE accounts
