welfare cannot be one-size-fits-all. Every branch has unique needs, unique challenges, unique members.
That’s why my plan is clear… With support of the President, there will be:
*Welfare Officers Network*.
I will work to include Welfare Secretaries or appoint welfare officers in each branch to a committee that provides *localized support and feedback*. So no lawyer feels too far, too small, or too unheard.
Welfare starts at the branch level. When branches are strong, the NBA is strong. When you’re supported locally, you thrive nationally.
