The Lagos State Police Command has arrested two suspects in connection with the death of a 25-year-old man, identified as Emmanuel, following a violent confrontation on Victoria Island.
The incident occurred on March 8, 2025, at Harbour Point, off Wilmer Road, around 3:33 PM. According to police reports, Emmanuel was involved in a fight with Paul Digha (33) and Sunday Olukoya over an undisclosed issue, during which he sustained severe injuries.

Eyewitnesses rushed the victim to Lagos Island General Hospital, Marina, but he was pronounced dead by the doctor on duty.
Confirming the incident, Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, stated that detectives from the Victoria Island Police Division visited the scene and the hospital. The deceased’s body was inspected, photographed, and later deposited at the hospital morgue for an autopsy.
The suspects, Paul Digha and Sunday Olukoya, are currently in police custody while the investigation continues.
