During the sentencing at Nottingham Crown Court on January 15, 2025, Judge Michael Auty described Olatunji’s actions as “despicable and vile” and “beyond rational understanding.” Addressing the brutality of the attack, the judge said:

“You took it upon yourself to rape her in the most brutal, sadistic, and cruel way imaginable.”
