UNIABUJA Visitation Panel Uncovers Inflated Expenditures and Governance Irregularities

Despite having challenged the court’s jurisdiction and filing the necessary processes to allow the court to determine the matter, they noted that the court had technically extended its interim order for 40 days beyond the initial granting, even while the plaintiff was ready to proceed with the case.
Other parties in the suit include the Chairman and Secretary of the Electoral Committee of the Alumni Association elections.
The jurisdiction challenge centers on the claim that the subject matter and parties involved cannot be entertained by the current court.
For further details, please refer to the attached application filed before the Honorable Chief Judge of the Federal High Court.
