Honourable Attorney-General of the Federation Sir,

On behalf of the Committee on the Review of the Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, I extend our warmest congratulations and highest commendations to you on attaining this monumental milestone, 30 remarkable years as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), on this auspicious day of 9th September, 2026.

Three decades ago, your exceptional intellect, rigorous discipline, and brilliant advocacy earned you a well-deserved elevation to the prestigious Inner Bar at a remarkably young age. Since that historic advancement, you have continuously exemplified the highest standards of the legal profession.

Your stellar career has been defined by unwavering integrity, profound scholarship, and an absolute commitment to the rule of law.

As the Honourable Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, your leadership has been a source of immense pride and inspiration.

You have gracefully transitioned from being a titan of private legal practice to a transformative public servant, steering pivotal reforms aimed at modernizing Nigeria’s justice administration and safeguarding constitutional democracy.

This 30-year anniversary is not just a celebration of longevity, but a testament to a legacy of excellence that continues to shape the legal landscape of Nigeria. You remain a beacon of inspiration for younger generations of legal practitioners across the nation.

We pray that the Almighty grants you continued wisdom, excellent health, and renewed strength as you carry out your vital constitutional duties for the advancement of justice, equity, and national development.
