The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Mentorship Committee is set to host a landmark mentorship forum themed “BEYOND THE WIG ⚖️: A Practical Dialogue on Transitioning from Call to Competence”, aimed at guiding newly-called lawyers and young practitioners as they navigate the foundational stages of their legal careers.
Scheduled to hold on Monday, 28th July 2025 at the NBA House, Abuja, the forum promises to offer invaluable practical insights on courtroom decorum, professional ethics, client management, and long-term career development.
The event will feature a lineup of legal luminaries, with Kanu G. Agabi, SAN serving as Chairman of the Occasion, and Femi Falana, SAN delivering the Keynote Address, alongside other eminent members of the Bar and Bench.
This initiative reflects the NBA’s ongoing commitment to fostering a strong, ethically grounded, and competent legal profession through structured mentorship and knowledge exchange.
