As the Nigerian Bar Association, Dutse Branch, prepares to host its Annual Law Week in the historic city of Dutse, Jigawa State, Mrs. Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya (Mrs. B) has sent a warm goodwill message to the Chairman and members of the Branch.
She described this year’s theme, “Upholding Justice Through Ethical Advocacy,” as both timely and significant, urging lawyers to see it as a rallying cry to protect the truth, uphold fairness, and maintain the highest ethical standards in the practice of law.
According to Mrs. B, the Dutse Branch has shown resilience and dedication to the ideals of the Bar, and this year’s Law Week presents an opportunity to strengthen those values while engaging in conversations that can shape the future of justice delivery in Nigeria.
She commended the Branch leadership for their vision and commitment, expressing hope that the deliberations will be insightful, collaborative, and capable of inspiring lasting reforms.

Mrs B concluded by encouraging participants to use the Law Week as a platform for charting a path toward a more just and equitable society.
