Tobenna Erojikwe, an outstanding thought leader in the Nigerian legal profession, has consistently distinguished himself as a reform-driven innovator, with a deep passion for mentorship, training, and capacity building of lawyers across all cadres. His track record of professional service, visionary leadership, and practical contributions to legal education is widely acknowledged within and beyond the Bar.
It is against this backdrop that I, Barth Okoye Aniche, Immediate Former Publicity Secretary of the Eastern Bar Forum, warmly congratulate him on the launch of The Practical Training Academy (TPTA).
The establishment of TPTA, which offers free, high-quality training and courses for Nigerian lawyers with CPD points duly awarded, is a bold and transformative step towards bridging the gap between legal education and practice. This initiative reflects Tobenna’s unwavering belief in the democratization of access to knowledge, ensuring that lawyers everywhere, regardless of financial capacity, have an opportunity to grow, sharpen their skills, and remain competitive in a dynamic profession.
By this project, he has once again proven that true leadership is service. The Practical Training Academy is set to nurture excellence, empower the next generation of lawyers, and fortify the collective future of the Bar.

On behalf of myself, and with sincere admiration for his vision, I extend my best wishes for the success of TPTA. May it thrive, endure, and continue to impact lives for decades to come.
Signed:
Barth Okoye Aniche
Immediate Former Publicity Secretary,
Eastern Bar Forum
