It is with profound sorrow but total submission to the will of God that the Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum (NBAWF), Imo State Chapter, announces the untimely death of one of their own, Joy Inikpi Achi, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Achi tragically lost her life in a fatal boat Mishap that occurred at Njaba, Orlu.
The news of her passing has sent shockwaves through her family, friends, colleagues, and the entire NBAWF community, who knew her as a dedicated professional and a passionate advocate for justice.
Mrs. Joy Inikpi Achi was a respected legal practitioner in Imo State, known for her commitment to both the legal profession and community service. She made valuable contributions to the NBAWF and was beloved by her colleagues for her kind heart and commitment to her work. She was an active participant in initiatives aimed at advancing the role of women in law, and her loss will be felt deeply by all who knew her.
