It was an evening of laughter, lights, and lasting memories as members of the Nigerian Bar Association Young Lawyers Forum (NBA-YLF) gathered for the much-anticipated Movie Night 2025, an event made possible by the gracious sponsorship of Mrs. Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya FCIArb (fondly known as “Mrs. B”).
This year’s edition was a bold leap from previous years. From the moment guests walked in, it was clear: this wasn’t just another movie night, it was an experience.
The featured film, “Bro Code”, brought roaring laughter, running commentaries and reflective moments, and the evening was further lit up by the special appearance of Daniel Etim Effiong, one of the film’s acclaimed stars.
MC Lively, who is also in the film, was in the house too and he kept the energy high with his signature wit, keeping the audience fully engaged.
And yes, the treats were as premium as the company! Guests were pampered with gourmet popcorn, refreshing drinks, and their choice of delicious chicken shawarma or hot dogs, a thoughtful detail that made everyone feel truly catered to.
