Following its inauguration by NBA President Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, the NBA Administration of Criminal Justice Committee (ACJC) has commenced the implementation of its 12-month Strategic Action Plan aimed at reforming Nigeria’s criminal justice system. Chaired by Nella Andem-Ewa SAN, FCIArb, FNIPR, with Osato Uwagboe as Secretary, the Committee is currently assessing ACJA/ACJL implementation across pilot states, engaging stakeholders, and deploying scorecards to identify reform gaps. “Our duty to promote and defend justice must start with ensuring access to justice for all,” said the Chair. This initiative marks a bold step toward a more transparent, data-driven, and equitable justice system for all Nigerians.
