The Nigerian Bar Association, Port Harcourt Branch, has extended heartfelt congratulations to its newest members on their admission as Barristers and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

In a congratulatory message, Rachel C. Princewill, AICMC, Assistant Secretary of the Branch (2020–2021), hailed the achievement as a testament to divine favour, discipline, and determination.

She noted that “Not all who began this journey were called. Today, we celebrate not only your achievement but also the grace of God that has brought you this far.”

She commended the proud parents, guardians, and loved ones whose support, guidance, and sacrifices helped make this milestone possible.

Princewill urged the new wigs to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct, reminding them to remain respectful and cautious in their dealings with seniors, colleagues, and clients, as humility and mutual respect are enduring virtues of a successful advocate.

Encouraging them to be active in the Bar community, she added, “Let your words, actions, and practice reflect the calling you have embraced. Strive always to be an agent of positive change, both within the profession and in the wider society.”

The Branch warmly welcomed the new lawyers and expressed optimism about their future contributions to the growth and unity of the Bar.
