Lagos, June 14, 2025 — The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Lagos Branch, has officially commenced activities for its Annual Law Conference 2025 with a dynamic Advocacy Walk, taking place this morning, Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the Court of Appeal premises, Igbosere, Lagos.
The walk will begin at 7:00am and will feature guided aerobics, health-focused engagements, and on-site law Week registration.
This year’s walk aligns with the theme of the conference, “Reimagining the Practice of Law: Ethics, Innovation, and the Future of Legal Services,” emphasizing wellness, professional engagement, and innovation in legal service delivery.
Speaking ahead of the event, Professor Foluke Dada, a leading voice in legal education and ethics, eencourage members across, to participate actively in the Advocacy Walk. According to her,

“This walk is not just a fitness activity; it is a symbolic step towards rethinking how we show up in our profession—mindful, healthy, and united. I urge all colleagues to take part in this energizing kickoff as we reflect on the future of legal services.”
Participants can look forward to a blend of physical rejuvenation and networking, all while setting the tone for the week-long conference events. Music for the event will be curated by DJ Murphy, adding vibrance to the early morning gathering.
