Today, the NBA Women Forum joins the global community to mark the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, a period dedicated to raising our voices, amplifying survivors, and renewing our commitment to ending all forms of violence and discrimination against women and girls.
Gender-based violence is not just a personal tragedy; it is a profound violation of human rights and a direct threat to our collective progress as a society.
As lawyers, advocates, and partners in justice, we remain steadfast in promoting legal protections, strengthening accountability, and supporting survivors in their journey toward safety and justice.
This year, we call on all stakeholders government institutions, the private sector, community leaders, law enforcement, and every citizen to take concrete actions that reflect zero tolerance for violence and harassment in our homes, workplaces, schools, and communities.

Let us use these 16 days as a reminder that silence enables abuse, but collective action can end it.
The NBA Women Forum reaffirms its commitment to advocacy, legal support, public enlightenment, and strategic partnerships that protect the rights and dignity of all women and girls.
Together, we can build a society where safety is guaranteed, justice is attainable, and every woman and girl lives free from violence.
