Mentorship has long been recognised as a cornerstone of professional growth, particularly in fields where women continue to navigate unique challenges and opportunities. Within the legal profession, structured mentorship not only provides guidance but also fosters confidence, builds networks, and creates avenues for career advancement.
It is against this backdrop that the Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum (NBAWF) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) have come together to champion a mentorship initiative designed exclusively for female lawyers.
The Mentorship Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum (NBAWF), in collaboration with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), will be holding a Mentorship Program for female lawyers.
Themed “Mentoring as a Tool for Career Development,” the initiative is designed to inspire, guide, and support women in the legal profession by leveraging mentorship as a powerful tool for personal and professional growth.

It promises to be an engaging and impactful session of learning, networking, and career advancement.
