The Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum (NBAWF), FCT Chapter, has extended heartfelt condolences to its National Chairperson, Huwaila Muhammad Ibrahim, Esq., following the sudden passing of her beloved brother, Khalifa Ibrahim Muhammad, in Kano State.
In a solemn condolence message signed by the State Lead, Hadiza Afegbua, Esq., FCILG, FIPMA, FAISM, CFE, and the Facilitator for the Nyanya-Karu Zone, Ozoemena Ngozi Roxanna, the Forum expressed profound grief and solidarity with their Chairperson during this difficult time.
“The news of your loss came as a shock to all of us, and we share in your pain as members of one united sisterhood,” the statement read. “We pray that Allah (SWT), in His infinite mercy and compassion, forgive all of his shortcomings, illuminate his grave, and grant him eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus.”
The Forum emphasized the significance of family as the foundation of strength and acknowledged the enduring pain that comes with the loss of a sibling. They offered prayers for sabr (patience), peace, and divine comfort for the bereaved family.
Reaffirming their commitment to unity and support, the NBAWF FCT Chapter stated:

“Please know that we stand beside you—not just in words, but in sincere solidarity. Should you require any form of assistance, emotional support, or company during this difficult time, we are here for you in every way possible.”
The statement concluded with a heartfelt message of encouragement, reminding the Chairperson that her brother’s memory would remain a lasting source of light and pride.
