ABUJA, FCT – In a significant move to bolster professionalism and accountability within the Nigerian legal profession, the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has announced its new Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) Rules 2025.
These rules mandate that all legal practitioners must acquire a minimum of five (5) CPD credit hours annually to be eligible for Practice License renewal.
To assist its members in complying with these new requirements and to foster a comprehensive understanding of the updated framework, the NBA is hosting its “Fireside Chat Series 4.0.”
