The Chairman of the Citizens’ Liberties Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Nuhu J. Egya, has extended warm felicitations to all Nigerians on the occasion of the nation’s Independence Anniversary.
Egya noted that the historic day serves as a solemn reminder of the sacrifices of Nigeria’s founding fathers and the enduring values of unity, peace, and progress that they upheld.
“As we commemorate this occasion, let us remain steadfast in building a just, prosperous, and democratic society where the rule of law prevails and the dignity of every citizen is upheld,” he said.
He further prayed for Nigeria’s continued growth in strength, wisdom, and prosperity.
