On 28th May 2025, Steve Emelieze Esq., the Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Abuja Branch, led a delegation on a courtesy visit with the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu.
The delegation included notable figures such as Moses A. Ebute, SAN, Dr. Princess Frank Chukwuani, Chairperson of the NBA Abuja Branch’s Law Week Planning Committee, and other distinguished members.
The purpose of this visit was to enhance cooperation and collaboration between the NBA and the House of Representatives.
During their meeting, The Chairman expressed a sincere commitment to strengthening the relationship between the NBA and the House of Representatives.

He extended an official invitation to Hon. Kalu for the upcoming NBA Abuja Law Week scheduled for 18th June, 2025.
Additionally, Dr. Chukwuani thanked the Deputy Speaker for his contributions to the legal community and extended an invitation for him to serve as a keynote speaker at the NBA Abuja Branch Law Week in 2025.
This collaboration underscores a shared commitment to advancing the legal profession and fostering dialogue on key issues within Nigeria.
