- The judiciary doesn’t all have rotten eggs, as just a few are trying to paint the judiciary with a bad image.
- The Branch shall continue to stand up and speak up for the Judiciary.
- The NBA-BENIN branch will not rest until the Judiciary is truly independent.
- The branch does not support and will not participate in any process for appointing judges until the Executive swears in the three-judge designates already recommended by the NJC.
