The Imo State Chapter of the Nigerian Bar Association Women’s Forum (NBAWF) yesterday, 2nd December 2025, paid a courtesy visit to the newly appointed Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Imo State at his office in Owerri.
During the visit, the Forum presented a comprehensive introduction to the vision, mission, and core objectives of the NBAWF, highlighting its commitment to promoting the welfare, professional development, and collective voice of women in the legal profession.
The Attorney General warmly received the delegation and expressed his appreciation for the Forum’s work, describing it as a vital pillar in driving progressive legal advocacy within the State.
He further assured the team of his readiness to collaborate with the NBA Women’s Forum on key initiatives that enhance access to justice, strengthen institutional support for women practitioners, and foster a more inclusive and responsive justice system.

The visit was marked by fruitful engagement, mutual understanding, and optimism for future partnership. The leadership of the Imo State NBAWF described the outing as a resounding success and returned all glory to God for its smooth execution.
