The International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Nigeria, Rivers State Branch, has congratulated Mrs. Cordelia U. Eke on her well-deserved appointment as Permanent Secretary in the Rivers State Civil Service by the Executive Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS.
