We are delighted to welcome you to the NBA–SPIDEL Annual Conference, holding from 1–5 December 2025 in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Please take a moment to review the following logistical information to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience throughout your stay.
1. Hotel Accommodation & Meals
Your hotel accommodation includes breakfast. Each delegate is required to confirm this directly with the hotel reception at check-in.
All other expenses (including room service, minibar, laundry, additional meals, or personal charges) should be paid directly by the guest before check-out.
Lunch will be provided by NBA–SPIDEL on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th December 2025 at the conference venue — Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort, Uyo.
Note:
1st December 2025: Welcome Reception — Courtesy of the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Akwa Ibom State.
Venue: NBA Secretariat, Banking Layout, Uyo. Time: 6:00 p.m.
2nd December 2025: Chief Assam E. Assam, SAN Justice Bash.
Venue: NBA Secretariat, Banking Layout, Uyo. Time: 6:00 p.m.

2. Conference Venue
All conference activities — plenary sessions, breakout sessions, and exhibitions — will take place at:
Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
Daily schedules and room assignments will be communicated through the conference programme and onsite signages.
Please note that sessions commence at 9:00 a.m. daily.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Delegates are encouraged to:
- Complete hotel check-in upon arrival.
- Ensure all personal bills are settled before departure to avoid delays during check-out.
4. Transportation
Arrangements for transportation between the official accommodation facilities and the conference venue will be provided.
Please check the transportation schedule at your hotel reception.
Delegates using private or alternative transport should plan to arrive at sessions promptly.
Airport pick-up and drop-off services are also available. To benefit from this service, kindly communicate your flight arrival and departure details to the contact below at least 24 hours before travel.
5. Collection of Conference Materials
Collection of conference materials will commence at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, 1st December 2025 at the NBA Uyo Bar Centre, Uyo.
Delegates are encouraged to collect their materials early to avoid last-minute queues and delays.

CPD Accreditation:
All registered participants, physical and virtual, will earn 2 CPD points upon registration and active participation in the 2025 NBA–SPIDEL Annual Conference.
