The Nigerian Bar Association, Awka Branch, led by its Chairman, Barr. Ralph Nnamdi Anagor, joined family, friends, and well-wishers on Friday, July 25, 2025, to pay final respects to our dearly departed colleague, Barr. Ifeanyi Emmanuel Iloakasia, fondly known as “Rolex.”
As part of the solemn ceremonies, a high-powered delegation comprising the Branch Chairman and Learned Silk, Ifeyinichukwu Obiakor SAN, paid a condolence visit to the family of the deceased.
The visit was particularly directed at offering comfort and solidarity to Mrs. Adaobi Iloakasia, a devoted member of our Branch and wife of the late colleague.
In line with the long-standing values and traditions of the NBA Awka Branch, all customary burial rites and honours befitting a fallen member of the Bar were observed with dignity and deep respect.
The Branch sincerely appreciates all members who, despite personal commitments, turned out to honour our late brother, thereby showcasing the true spirit of unity and empathy that defines our Association.
As we continue to grieve this painful loss, we call on all members to extend unwavering moral, emotional, and practical support to Adaobi Iloakasia Esq. during this difficult time.
May the gentle soul of Barr. Ifeanyi Emmanuel Iloakasia (Rolex) find eternal rest, and may peace and strength abide with all who mourn him.
