The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), at its meeting on February 6, 2025, in Akure, Ondo State, approved the Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) Rules 2025, in line with Rule 11 of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners 2023.
