As Muslims across the globe mark Eid Maulud, the commemoration of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), Professor Foluke Dada-Lawanson has joined in extending warm greetings to the Muslim Ummah.
Eid Maulud, one of the most revered occasions in the Islamic calendar, is celebrated with prayers, charity, lectures, and community gatherings. It serves as a reminder of the timeless virtues of the Holy Prophet—peace, humility, compassion, and justice, values that continue to guide humanity in the pursuit of harmony and moral living.
In her goodwill message, Prof. Dada-Lawanson said, “Eid Maulud Mubarak! On this special day of the Prophet’s birth, I extend heartfelt greetings to all our Muslim colleagues celebrating around the world.
May the lessons of compassion, humility, peace, and love that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) embodied continue to inspire us to live lives of service, kindness, and integrity. Wishing you and your loved ones joy, blessings, and harmony on this sacred occasion.”

Professor Foluke Dada-Lawanson
