The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has dismissed the appeal filed by Mr. Tobenna Erojikwe against the last elections conducted by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), describing the appeal as totally unmeritorious.
In a judgment delivered on Wednesday, 3 June 2026, in Appeal No. CA/ABJ/CV/1020/2025: Mr. Tobenna Erojikwe v. Incorporated Trustees of the NBA & 2 Ors., the Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal in its entirety resolving all the issues against Tobenna.
Tobenna’s Lawyer was absent at the Court.
The decision represents a significant legal victory for the Nigerian Bar Association as the Court confirms the intergrity of the electoral process.
