The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has officially launched its newly unveiled National Executive Committee (NEC) Membership Portal, ushering in a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for NEC members.
In a formal announcement to members, the NBA described the portal as a centralized platform designed to manage all NEC-related activities and official communications efficiently.
How to Access the New Portal:
NEC members are advised to log in and update their profiles by following the steps below:

- Visit https://nec.nigerianbar.org.ng and click on Member Login.
- Enter your email address. The system will auto-detect your details and display your name and a placeholder SCN.
- Click on your displayed name. A login button will appear — click to complete the sign-in process.
Important Deadline:
Members are required to update their personal information, including their correct Supreme Court Number (SCN), by 25th July 2025. After this date, the editing option will be disabled.
Eligibility Advisory:
The NBA has emphasized that incomplete or inaccurate profiles may lead to disqualification from participating in future NEC meetings, and could also affect eligibility for accommodation assignments. Only members with fully updated profiles and a valid profile photo will be considered.
All NEC members are encouraged to take immediate action to ensure compliance and uninterrupted participation in NEC activities.
