LinkedIn Lawsuit Over AI Data Use Dismissed

A proposed class-action lawsuit accusing LinkedIn of misusing Premium customers’ private messages for AI training has been dismissed. Plaintiff Alessandro De La Torre filed a notice of dismissal just nine days after suing the Microsoft-owned platform.

The lawsuit alleged LinkedIn violated user privacy by sharing personal data with third parties for AI model training.
