CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Bwari Branch invites expressions of interest from reputable and experienced service providers for the provision of a secure and seamless electronic voting platform for the upcoming NBA Bwari Branch elections scheduled for June 2025.
Scope of Services Required
The selected service provider will be responsible for:
- Developing and deploying a secure and user-friendly e-voting platform capable of handling the electoral process without disruptions.
- Ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and transparency of votes in line with best practices.
- Implementing strong security measures, including end-to-end encryption, voter authentication, and real-time vote monitoring to prevent unauthorized access and electoral malpractices.
- Providing technical support before, during, and after the election process to ensure a hitch-free experience for all voters.
- Generating and submitting a comprehensive post-election report, including audit logs and vote certification.
Eligibility and Requirements
Interested service providers must demonstrate the ability to deliver on the requirements by providing:
- A company profile detailing relevant experience in deploying electronic voting systems.
- Evidence of successful implementation of e-voting solutions in previous elections, preferably for professional associations, corporate bodies, or governmental organizations.
- A detailed proposal outlining the proposed technology, security framework, and methodology for voter authentication.
- A timeline for implementation and readiness to deploy within the election period.
- A list of past clients and references for similar projects.
- A valid Certificate of Incorporation (for companies) or relevant business registration documents.
