Eligible Candidates:
Members of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) who are qualified and interested in serving on the bench of the National Industrial Court are encouraged to submit their expressions of interest to the National Secretariat of the NBA by February 21, 2025.

Expressions of interest should include:
- A copy of the Applicant’s Curriculum Vitae
- A copy of the Applicant’s Call to Bar Certificate
- Evidence of payment of Bar Practicing Fees (BPF) for the past 10 years
- Evidence of payment of NBA Branch Dues for the past 10 years
- Evidence of attendance at NBA Conferences
- Evidence of membership in Sections or Fora of the NBA
- Certified true copies of at least six judgments in contested cases within the last five years
- A letter of good standing from the Chairman of the applicant’s Branch confirming adherence to the qualities outlined in the National Judicial Council Guidelines.

Qualities Required:
Applicants must exhibit qualities such as good character, integrity, and a strong understanding of industrial relations and employment law, along with documented professional experience.

Transparency and Screening:
Upon receipt of applications, the National Secretariat may publish the names of interested candidates for member comments. Selected candidates may be invited for a screening interview.
