Former NBA General Secretary, Aare Olumuyiwa Akinboro SAN, Mourns Late Hamisu Umar

Aare Olumuyiwa Akinboro, SAN, FCIArb (UK), Life Bencher, and past General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Mr. Hamisu Umar, a distinguished member of the NBA Gwagwalada Branch.

In a condolence letter addressed to the Chairman of the NBA Gwagwalada Branch, Akinboro described the late Umar as a “dedicated and vibrant” legal practitioner whose contributions to the profession will not be forgotten.

“His untimely departure is a great loss not only to the legal community but to all who had the privilege of knowing him,” he stated.

The late Hamisu Umar, who previously served as the Chairman of the Young Lawyers’ Forum, was praised for his unwavering commitment to the legal profession and his passion for humanity.
